What it is, who it's for, what it solves
Introduction to Xedul
Xedul is working software for professional practices — accountants, labour consultants, law firms and similar organisations — that unifies clients, cases, tasks, documents and deadlines in a single digital environment.
The goal isn't to add another tool to the stack, but to reduce the count: less scatter across network folders, spreadsheets and inboxes, less time spent reconstructing where a case stands.
The problem
Four difficulties recur in professional practices, and almost always together:
- Fragmented information. The same case lives partly in email, partly in a shared folder, partly in a spreadsheet only one person can read.
- Critical deadlines. Tax, legal and contractual obligations with serious consequences if missed.
- Collaboration without a shared picture. Several people work on the same case with no shared, current status.
- The need for traceability. Both towards the client and inside the practice: who did what, and when.
Xedul's answer
Xedul positions itself as the practice's operational hub. Work entities are not islands: a document belongs to a case, a case belongs to a client, a task is linked to both. That structure is what makes it possible to find things without remembering where they were filed.
| Area | What changes day to day |
|---|---|
| Clients and contacts | Complete records, with registry and fiscal data, linked to all the work done |
| Cases | A living container with a progress state, not a static folder |
| Tasks | Priorities, assignees and deadlines that stay readable at hundreds of open items |
| Calendar | A unified view of the practice's deadlines, filterable on every dimension |
| Documents | Filed next to the client and case they belong to |
| Team | Roles and permissions that mirror the practice's real responsibilities |
Who it's for
Xedul is built for the practice as an organisation, not the isolated individual. The value grows with the number of people working on the same cases.
- Partner or owner — wants control, predictability and less operational chaos.
- Manager or operations lead — coordinates the team, balances workload, manages the risk of missed deadlines.
- Front-line professional — handles clients, cases, mail and documents every day.
- Administration and reception — looks after contacts, deadlines, documentation and client communication.
The role of the email integrations
Most of a practice's work begins by email. That's why Gmail and Outlook aren't an accessory: Xedul installs inside the mail client and lets you turn a message into a task linked to the correct client and case, with no manual copying and without leaving the inbox.
Each integration has its own guide: Gmail integration and Outlook integration.
Tone and positioning
Xedul presents itself as a daily working tool, not a consumer product. Intelligent assistance features are described by what they help you do, with no promises of "total automation": in a high-responsibility sector, clarity is worth more than effect.
